Damaged or Incorrect Items

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, reach out within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or an unboxing video.

Returns

We do not accept returns and we do not give refunds; all sales are final. We'd encourage a careful review of sizing and product details before placing your order.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, under the following terms:

- Exchanges are for a different size of the same product only, subject to availability.
- A ₹100 exchange charge applies to every request.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Products bought on sale or during clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.

We coordinate the pickup ourselves. Once your exchange is approved, we'll arrange collection from your address.

Requesting an Exchange

1. Message us on Instagram @havlynn_ or on WhatsApp at 8825831388 within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and the size you want.
2. We'll confirm availability and share details of the ₹100 charge.
3. We'll arrange pickup of the item from you.
4. Once received and inspected, we'll dispatch your new size.
