Terms of Service: HAVLYNN

1. Overview

This website is operated by HAVLYNN, Coimbatore - 641004, Tamil Nadu, India (GSTIN: 33CLSPN8278G1ZE). By placing an order on havlynn.com, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include 5% GST.
We try to show colours and details accurately, but they may look slightly different on your screen.
We may change prices or discontinue products at any time. The price at checkout is the price you pay.

3. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once payment is received.
We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or if there is a pricing or payment error. If we do, you will get a full refund.

4. Shipping

We ship within India only.
Shipping charges apply to every order and are shown at checkout. We do not offer free shipping.
Delivery times depend on your location and the courier. Delays caused by the courier are outside our control.
Please give a complete and correct address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by wrong details.

5. Returns and exchanges

All products are final sale. We do not accept returns or give refunds on products that were delivered as ordered.
We offer a 7-day size exchange from the date of delivery, subject to stock. The item must be unworn, unwashed and have its tags attached.
To request an exchange, message us on Instagram @havlynn_ or on WhatsApp at 8825831388 within 7 days of delivery, with your order number.
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video, and we will fix it.

6. Intellectual property

All photos, videos, designs, text and the HAVLYNN name and logo belong to HAVLYNN. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, HAVLYNN is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
