Order Processing

Every order is processed the same day it's placed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, followed by a separate notification once it ships.

Cancellations

We're unable to accommodate cancellation requests. Since orders are processed same-day and dispatched within 1–2 days, there simply isn't a window to intervene once checkout is complete — we'd encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming.

Shipping

We currently ship exclusively within India; international shipping isn't available at this time.

- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other regions: 5–8 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days

These timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners rather than guarantees. Delays arising from weather, courier constraints, or other circumstances beyond our control fall outside our responsibility.

We don't currently offer Cash on Delivery — all orders must be prepaid at checkout.

Tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for it to update.
